He also advises clients on competition (merger control), capital markets (selling shareholders in IPO), and general corporate and employment advisory matters.
Sunandan graduated from National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, in 2008. He is dual-qualified lawyer, admitted as an Advocate in India and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Before joining Quillon Partners in 2010, he worked at the London office of an international law firm.
